Our Story
Lo Kee is an elevated Asian fusion restaurant and cocktail lounge in West Midtown Atlanta, created by the co-founders of New York City’s Sei Less, Dara Mirjahangiry & Ivi Shano. Located at The Interlock, Lo Kee brings together bold Asian-inspired cuisine, signature cocktails, private dining, and a vibrant late-night atmosphere.
The vision behind Lo Kee was to create more than a restaurant. It was designed to feel like a destination, a place where guests can enjoy dinner, cocktails, celebrations, private events, and Atlanta nightlife in one elevated setting.
Lo Kee’s menu is made for sharing, featuring Asian fusion dishes, dim sum, spring rolls, seafood, noodles, rice, and chef-driven entrées. Guest favorites include oxtail spring rolls, yellowtail sashimi, lobster spoons, yuzu miso salmon, and other dishes crafted with creativity, comfort, and bold flavor.
The cocktail program is a major part of the Lo Kee experience. Signature drinks like the Lychee Martini, Lo Kee Sidecar, and Yuzu Margarita are crafted to complement the menu while giving the bar and lounge its own identity.
THE DESIGN
The design of Lo Kee was fully created and directed by Ivi Shano, whose vision shaped every detail of the restaurant from concept to completion. From the moment guests arrive, Ivi’s influence can be seen in the entrance, the bar, the lighting, the logo design, the menus, the seating, the fabrics, the private rooms, and the overall flow of the space.
Every element was chosen with intention to create a restaurant that feels stylish, intimate, elevated, and memorable. The design brings together modern elegance and warm hospitality, giving Lo Kee a distinct atmosphere that feels both exclusive and inviting. Through his attention to detail, Ivi created more than a dining room. He built a complete guest experience designed for dinner, cocktails, celebrations, private events, and unforgettable nights in Atlanta.
THE NAME
The name Lo Kee is inspired by the idea of access, discovery, and stepping into something special. Antique keys are featured at the entrance as a symbol of passage into a unique and exclusive dining experience.
