A graduate of the Guangdong Culinary Institute, Chef Allen has built an impressive career working with internationally recognized luxury hospitality brands, including the Waldorf Astoria and Sheraton Hotels, where he refined his expertise in upscale dining operations, menu development, and kitchen management.

Currently serving as the Executive Chef of Sei Less NYC and Lo Kee Atlanta, Allen is widely recognized for his ability to blend traditional Asian cuisine with modern culinary techniques, including molecular gastronomy, to create elevated and unforgettable dining experiences.
