Ask Lo Kee processes the messages you choose to send and a short conversation history so it can answer in context. Contact forms collect only the fields displayed for a general, private-event, or catering request, such as your name, contact details, event information, and message.

The site and hosting provider may process limited technical information needed to deliver and secure requests, such as a request identifier and network information. Rate-limiting uses a transient one-way network fingerprint; the application does not intentionally write chat content, email addresses, or phone numbers to its logs.

We use information to answer Lo Kee questions, route reservation and event inquiries, respond to messages, prevent abuse, maintain site reliability, and comply with applicable obligations.

• Chat requests are sent server-side to OpenAI to generate a response. The application requests that API responses are not stored for model-side conversation history.
• The site is hosted on Vercel, which processes requests needed to serve the site and its server functions.
• Contact submissions may be delivered through Resend to the Lo Kee team when email delivery is configured.
• OpenTable, DoorDash, Google Maps, and social links are separate services governed by their own privacy policies.

We use Google Analytics to understand visits, page engagement, and actions such as opening our reservation, takeout, directions, and phone links. We also use the Google Ads tag to support advertising measurement and attribution. These services may use cookies and process technical information about your browser and device. Our configuration disables Google Signals and advertising personalization.

Our custom events do not include chat messages, contact-form fields, email addresses, phone numbers, or submission references. Page addresses supplied by our tag retain only validated advertising click identifiers and campaign labels; other query parameters and fragments are excluded. A reservation or takeout click records interest, not a completed booking or purchase. You can learn more in Google’s Privacy Policy and manage cookies in your browser settings.

Your current Ask Lo Kee conversation is saved only in your browser’s session storage so it can survive a page refresh in that tab. Use “Clear conversation” or close the browser session to remove that browser copy. The site does not maintain a customer chat-history database.

Contact submissions may remain in the team’s email systems for as long as reasonably needed to answer the request, maintain business records, prevent abuse, or meet legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
